These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jeetbangla and its users. By accessing or registering on the jeetbangla platform, a user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform.

jeetbangla provides services in Bengali and English for Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative text.

2.1 Age Limit and Legal Eligibility

To open an account on jeetbangla, a user must be at least 21 years of age 21+. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, users must confirm that they are legally eligible to use this service under the laws of Bangladesh.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same identity document may result in all accounts being closed and any accumulated balance being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — must be accurate and up to date. jeetbangla reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

Users are required to keep their login password and OTP confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately. Using another person's account or allowing others to use your own account is prohibited.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on jeetbangla is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). When making a deposit, stating the correct amount and reference number is mandatory; any delay caused by incorrect information is the user's responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals may only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. If identity verification has not been completed, withdrawals may be delayed or held.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Before any financial transaction, users must confirm the amount and method. Recovery of funds sent in error may not always be possible. jeetbangla is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or third-party payment gateways.

The jeetbangla welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

A bonus may never be treated as direct cash. A bonus cannot be used to activate a deposit or another bonus. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — a new bonus will not be added until the wagering on the current bonus is complete.

jeetbangla reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer. If a user is suspected of abusing the bonus system, that account will be reviewed and the bonus may be forfeited.

5.1 Betting Limits

jeetbangla sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and betting market. These limits may vary by game and may change without notice.

5.2 Bet Cancellation

jeetbangla reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, an abandoned match, or a discrepancy in verifiable information. For cancelled bets, the original stake will be returned to the account and no winnings will be added.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For all sporting events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments, the official result of the event will be considered final. Match previews, predictions, or third-party analysis do not represent jeetbangla's official position.

5.4 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino and slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every result independent and uncontrolled. Previous results have no effect on future results.

The jeetbangla VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit calculated as a percentage of the total net loss for the week — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Example: a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and overall contribution. jeetbangla reserves the right to change VIP benefits at its discretion. VIP cashback is not direct cash — wagering requirements may also apply to it.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Engaging in money laundering or fraudulent financial activity
• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to deliberately exploit the bonus system
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or technical infrastructure
• Harassing or threatening other users or staff
• Spreading false or misleading information on the platform

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, jeetbangla may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.
